Fair Housing Survey Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice Citizen Survey: The City of Kenosha is preparing an update to its Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice. As a part of this Analysis, the City is conducting a survey to identify the fair housing concerns of its residents. Fair Housing concerns include any act of discrimination or barrier that might limit the housing choices of families and individuals.
